We provide the facility, via our trained staff, to measure the performance of completed installations against the requirements set out within the contract specification.
This facility was predominantly utilised within the PFI arena,
but has also been rolled out across other formats
and contracts.

Defects are logged and detailed reports produced for the client ensuring that the Service Provider is achieving the milestones of the individual projects. Ensuring that all equipment installed by the Service Provider is fully compliant with contract specification.
Our in-house staff have a wealth of expertise which ensures that all installations are inspected for full compliance with the contract specification.
Validation of Electrical Testing reports to enable the release of compliance certificates.
Site Visits during installation at agreed stages to ensure covered works are installed correctly.
